What the discovery call covers
The call is free, lasts 30 minutes, and is with an engineer who would work on your project. We use it to understand the problem you are solving, who the users are, the systems the work has to connect to, and the constraints on time and budget. You do not need a written specification; a rough description of the idea is enough to start.
You leave the call with an honest view of what is realistic, including when a simpler or cheaper option would serve you better. There is no obligation to continue, and nothing is billed before you agree to a written proposal.
What happens after you book

Send your requirements. A short form or an email. Rough ideas are fine — we do not need a spec.

Discovery call. A 30 minutes call to understand the problem, the constraints, and what success looks like.

Technical review. We map the scope to an architecture and flag the parts that carry risk.
- 04
Proposal. Scope, timeline, price, and assumptions in writing — within three business days of the discovery call.
- 05
Kickoff. Work starts, with a working demo you can click every two weeks.
Time zone and location
Times are shown in Nepal Time (UTC+5:45) unless you choose another zone. We are based at Surya Binayak, Bhaktapur 44800, Nepal, and meet clients across the Kathmandu Valley in person. Everyone else joins by video call.
